Leadership Training:

There are Bronze, Silver and Gold Leadership Training courses, boys participate in two three day camps and are issued a Leadership Training certificate for each course. (Add Link to Video)

Young Volunteer Award:

Boys’ can achieve three Young Volunteer Certificates, these hours can be accumulated until they are 25 years old. Below details are the cumulative required hours:

• Bronze 50 hrs

• Silver 100 hrs

• Gold 200 hrs

Sir William Alexander Smith Award (2 WACE points Unit Equivilents)

The SWAS Award is the second highest National Award in Boys’ Brigade and consists of Leadership Training, BB Knowledge, Community Service, Citizenship, Scripture Knowledge, Skills Badges, Outdoor Adventure Badges and Physical Badges.

Queens Badge (4 WACE points Unit Equivilents)

The Queens Badge is the highest National Award in Boys’ Brigade continues of from the SWAS attaining higher levels of Leadership Training, BB Knowledge, Community Service, Citizenship, Scripture Knowledge, Skills Badges, Outdoor Adventure Badges and Physical Badges.
